Who we are

This website, devonza.com, is run by Devonza, a software development company based in Pune, India. For any question about your personal data, write to hello@devonza.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, by email or by WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share: usually your name, phone number and/or email address, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range, and your message.

We do not use advertising trackers or cookies for tracking. Our hosting provider may record basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working, and we may use privacy-friendly visitor statistics that do not use cookies or identify you.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that process data for us

• Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
• Web3Forms receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email.
• Google Workspace provides our email, where enquiries are stored.

These providers may process data outside India, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a possible project, and no longer than 24 months if no work follows. Data needed for an actual project is kept for as long as the project and legal requirements, such as invoicing, require.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@devonza.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
