Pricing questions
Why is there no price list?
Two websites or apps are rarely alike, and a list price either overcharges a simple project or hides the cost of a complex one. A short free call lets us quote exactly what you need, and the price is fixed before any work starts.
Is the first call and the quote free?
Yes. The first call and the quote cost nothing and come with no obligation.
How do payments work?
Larger projects are split into milestones, so you pay as the work is delivered. The payment schedule is agreed together with the quote. Ongoing support is billed monthly.
What if I need changes during the project?
Small adjustments within the agreed scope are part of the work. If you want something new, we tell you the cost and timeline first, and only go ahead once you agree.
Are there running costs after launch?
Hosting, the domain and any paid services are billed by their providers, in your name. We tell you about these costs before you decide, and keep them as low as the project allows.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We quote in the currency that suits you and work across time zones over calls, video meetings and email.
